Movement & training
Structure that fits
real life
Charlotte’s approach sits at the intersection of medicine, performance, and everyday health. There’s a difference between moving and training — and understanding both is what helps people build stronger bodies, better habits, and routines that last.

About Charlotte
Charlotte Weidenbach (Dr. med.) studied human medicine at Charité Berlin, completing her medical training alongside doctoral research. She pursued additional education in training and nutrition and worked as an indoor cycling trainer.
Since 2021, she has been an instructor on the Peloton platform, teaching classes to a global audience in English and German. London, her work combines medical expertise with movement, health education, and performance.
Known internationally for her rock and metal rides, Charlotte has built an engaged global community — the “Hell-Yes Crew.” Her medical background is woven into every class through accessible physiological insights and structured approaches like Power Zone training.
Her connection to movement began early — ballet, modern dance, weightlifting and cycling - and never stopped. Today she brings a solid medical foundation together with ongoing education in sports nutrition and performance.
Off camera: Charlotte loves rock and electronic music, concerts and festivals, but also knows the need for quiet moments. She lives and loves a balance between structure and freedom, between peace and action — in health, and in life.
My approach
Health is individual — and so is the path towards it. Long-term health is built through understanding connections and finding balance between effort and recovery, structure and everyday life.
Move first. Train second.
There is no single right way to move. Health develops where physical activity fits into everyday life in a realistic and sustainable way. Movement is the foundation. Training adds structure and intention. Both matter — and they are not the same thing.
Rest is not weakness.
Regeneration is an active part of health. Adaptation arises through balance between stimulus and recovery — not through constant strain. Mental and physical health are closely connected. The goal is not a stress-free life, but a conscious one.
Food is fuel. And fun. And for life.
Nutrition is not a rigid system but part of everyday life. Rather than restriction, the focus lies on adding understanding, structure, and nourishing elements. Sustainable nutrition is realistic, flexible, and built around what you can keep — not what you can cut.
